Isaac
Managing Partner

My name is Isaac and I am the managing partner at MorMindful Therapy & Psychiatry in beautiful South Florida. I have owned and sold several companies and also spent time recruiting emergency room physicians.

I value my work in mental health because I get to do every day what I do best, which is making sure things run smoothly and ensure each patient is treated as an individual human being.

In my free time I enjoy basketball, scuba diving and travel. MorMindful is a family owned and operated practice which means a lot because of my strong family values.

Blair
Managing Partner

Hello! My name is Dr. Blair Mor. I am a licensed clinical psychologist located in Boca Raton, Florida, specializing in depression, substance abuse, anxiety and mindfulness. Individualized one-on-one therapy with a doctor of psychology and expert therapist in substance abuse and mental health is the best move you can make to start feeling better now. I use clinically recognized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to teach you how to modify your thoughts and behavior to bring about positive change in your life. Transforming harmful thinking patterns is the key to morphing perception into a healthy and healing attitude.

I have over 15 years of experience helping people with compassion and direct feedback. A native to Boca Raton, I graduated from Florida State University (Magna Cum Laude & Phi Beta Kappa) and Nova Southeastern University with honors in clinical psychology. After completing my clinical residency at the New Jersey Veterans Affairs Hospital, I accepted postdoctoral training in Tampa, Florida at a non-profit mental health and drug court treatment facility.

Shortly after I spent two years living in Israel and teaching at Tel Aviv University as a professor of psychology. Now I have returned to my home town of beautiful Boca Raton to practice Psychology and continue working in the community I know and love. It’s good to be home!

Hi everyone! My name is Audrey and I am an Office Administrator at MorMindful Therapy and Psychiatry. I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up in South Florida. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2020 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Minor in Sociology, and have recently graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

I have had the opportunity to complete my Internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling, which is also where I will be returning to work as a full time clinician, collecting hours for licensure as a Spanish Speaking Registered CMHC Intern. Mental health and helping people has always been a passion of mine, and I could not be more grateful for the wonderful opportunities I have had, starting with MorMindful!

Office Administrator

My name is Leane Santos-Silva and I am an office administrator at Mormindful Therapy and Psychiatry! I was born in New York City, New York and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. I attended the University of Florida and graduated in 2021 with a B.S in Psychology Cum Laude and a B.F.A in Dance Summa Cum Laude. My time at UF allowed me to foster my love of psychology and research, and motivated me to pursue further education.

This fall I will be starting my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and I’m so thankful to Mormindful Therapy and Psychiatry for aiding me in strengthening skills for graduate school!

Hi everyone! My name is Sarah, and I am an office administrator at MorMindful Therapy and Psychiatry. I was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and grew up mainly in Coral Springs. I am about to get my AA in psychology at the end of summer and then transfer to FAU to start my bachelor’s degree in psychology.

I’ve always been interested in the way people think so psychology has always been a big deal for me personally. I’m extremely excited to start my psychology journey with MorMindful and I can’t wait to see where it takes me!

Rocky Mor the Beagle has been part of the Mor family and a member of the MorMindful Therapy & Psychiatry team for the last four years. Rocky was rescued from a neglectful home environment where he was left on a 10 X 10 porch for the first four years of his life. He was never house broken and was only allowed to come inside if it got really cold outside. That means Rocky was isolated out in the Florida heat with no companionship and no love.

When Dr. Mor adopted Rocky, he was under weight, riddled with anxiety and starved for affection. Over the last few years, Rocky has learned how to ride in a car, come to work at MorMindful and guard the house. He even knows how to open the window himself in the car, believe it or not! He has gained weight (a little too much) and he has been curious and more willing to explore new environments. Rocky loves kids, especially little girls and even swam in Blue Mountain Lake last summer in the Adirondack Mountains!

Rocky is not a trained therapy dog but he is a trauma survivor. He instinctually knows how to put people at ease, listen to your problems and give affection indiscriminately. Beagles are naturally loyal animals with tenacity and spunk that we all love! Rocky has a gentle and kind spirit that keeps us all positive throughout the work day. When you come to MorMindful, please ask if Rocky is available to schedule a free 5-minute mindfulness boost! His only request in return is belly rubs and treats.
