Sidney Sculler, RMHCI

Sidney Sculler, RMHCI, is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern offering affordable therapy at the Boca Raton location. Sidney is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional committed to empowering individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, attachment trauma, life transitions, and women’s issues. Her warm and approachable demeanor helps clients feel comfortable building trust and exploring vulnerability in a safe, supportive environment.

                                                   

Sidney works with adolescents and adults, collaborating with each individual to empower them toward healing and personal growth. She takes a holistic and integrative approach, utilizing modalities such as Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Existential Therapy to promote overall well-being.

 

Sidney holds Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Her diverse professional experience includes working with individuals with disabilities, first responders, those recovering from substance use, individuals facing eating disorders, and women’s mental health, providing her with unique insight into the complexities of human resilience.

 

When Sidney is not in session, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, swimming in the ocean, and playing pickleball.
